Established in Cambridge, Waikato, Ian Tutbury Contracting Ltd is a veteran in the Painting & Decorating industry. Ian started out in 2000, forming ITC Ltd in 2004. Since then, ITC has evolved into the one-stop shop for a wide range of personal and commercial services, delivered by a friendly, industry-experienced team with over 100 years' combined experience.

Ian formed ITC Limited in 2004 after gaining experience from 4 years in the industry. A former graduate from Massey University, Ian purchased a Cambridge dairy farm in 1991 after share-milking throughout the Waikato.

Starting out with a small team, Ian has grown the business to a successful Cambridge Painting Company. Supported by his senior staff, Ian enjoys creating opportunities for young people to achieve their goals within the trade. In his spare time Ian enjoys fishing and spending time with his wife and family.

Mark is the Manager and assists Ian with the running of the business. You will find Mark busy quoting or managing the team to keep jobs running smoothly. Mark has been with ITC since 2010 with more than 40 years experience. Mark enjoys rugby, watching Leamington play on a Saturday and is a big fan of the Hurricanes.

Steve Trim - Senior Painter

Steve is a senior staff member having been with ITC since 2014. Steve has more than 40 years experience spending time in Christchurch for the initial rebuild. Steve has a great sense of humour and is always willing to go the extra mile for his customers.

Barry O'Conner - Senior Painter

Barry is a senior staff member and has been with ITC since 2016. Barry has more than 30 years experience. Barry enjoys fishing in his spare time and rugby.

Lee Farrant - Senior Painter

Lee is a senior staff member and has been with ITC since 2017. Lee has more than 35 year experience and is one of our wallpapering specialists . A keen outdoorsman, Lee enjoys hunting, fishing and is an accomplished archer.

Mark Davies - Senior Tradesman & Painter

Mark is a senior Tradesman and has been with ITC since 2016. Recognised for his excellent practical skills, Mark enjoys managing a team and has an eye for detail. Originally a chef from UK, Mark is a family man and enjoys taking his boat and family to the lake water skiing.

Josh is a third-year apprentice and will be fully qualified by the end of the year, having been with ITC since 2017. He has become a very competent painter and is more than capable of managing his own projects. Josh, schooled in Cambridge enjoys hunting and off road biking in his spare time.

Ethan is a first-year apprentice and has been with ITC since 2018. Ethan is learning great painting skills and is respected team member. Ethan, who attended school in Cambridge, enjoys hanging out on his family farm, off road biking and hunting.

Straight out of Cambridge High School, Brodie has completed his first 2 years in the trade and will be starting his apprenticeship in 2021. His patience and conscientious aptitude bode him well for the future. Playing basketball is his favourite pastime.

A recent arrival to the team, Amos has been in the industry for 2 years and has begun his apprenticeship. Amos enjoys playing rugby for his local Matamata team and martial arts in his spare time.

Our newest staff member, Aimee has been a welcome addition to the team. She is keen to learn the trade and will be starting her apprenticeship in 2021. Aimee is a Cambridge lass and is inspired by her chosen vocation within the industry.

Sharon Tutbury - Office Administrator

Sharon is our office administrator and has been with ITC since 2017. Sharon had a background in banking having worked for Barclays Bank in the UK and Westpac within NZ. Sharon has also had experience running her own business. Sharon enjoys getting back to the UK with Ian when they can
to visit family and spending time with grandchildren and family in NZ as well.
